Gmail requires all senders to authenticate with either SPF or DKIM

After some basic research, it was suggested that the Outgoing Server should be set to Oath2 but I am unable to change this.

Please share more information and any error messages.. SPF and DKIM must be set on the host server, and that is not something users can do unless their email account is self-hosted.
