After updating Firefox and Adobe Flash, videos are scrambled

I updated Firefox to 3.6.6 and also updated Adobe Flash Player since it asked me to. Now every video I try to watch is scrambled. I can get glimpses but not much else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also have this problem after updating Firefox to the 3.6.4 version. The newest 3.6.6 update didn't fix the problem.

Interestingly not all flash videos are affected. When I watch YouTube videos, some work fine while some have this problem, particularly the ones uploaded long ago. Also the problem gets worse if the video shows something fast moving.

Since upgrading to 3.6.6 and doing the required flash update, most youtube videos flicker green. Previous versions worked fine

Is there a fix for this yet??

I had the same problem. Here's what worked for me.

Right-click on the video and choose "Settings". Then click the first settings tab and uncheck "enable hardware acceleration".

Hope that helps!
