When I receive my emails with a link to a YouTube video and click on it I see dark screen with a message that some plugins are missing, specifically it says "You need to upgrade your Adobe Flash Player to watch this video." I upgraded my Adobe Flash Player and downloaded those plugins few times, but still can not play the videos and get the same message.

IE uses a different version of Flash than other browsers use, you need to install the Plugin version of Flash.

1.Download the Flash setup file from here:
Adobe Flash - Plugin version.
Save it to your Desktop.

2. Close Firefox using File > Exit
then check the Task Manager > Processes tab to make sure firefox.exe is closed,
{XP: Ctrl+Alt+Del, Vista: Shift+Ctrl+ESC = Processes tab}

3. Then run the Flash setup file from your Desktop.
