I am trying to delete an old dial up connection that keeps populating. I am unable to use my new internet service provider due to the pop up question populating asking me if that is how I am getting on the internet. I called my provider and they told me I needed to delete that dial up connection but they were unfamilar as to how to do it due to me being with mozilla firefox and not internet explorer.

You need to remove that dial up connection in the Windows (IE) Internet Connection settings.

Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections
