When I changed the Mozilla Firefox shortcut properties (Changing the shortcut icons), I received this error 'Unable to save changes to 'Mozilla Firefox.lnk'. Access is denied. ' This error also happened to Google Chrome as well. What should I do?

Not a Firefox support issue, that is the Windows realm. You probably need admin privileges that aren't set in that logon user account.

Also check the Properties of that shortcut via the right-click context menu to make sure that it isn't Read-only.
