Is there a web developer toolbar feature that gives the download speed of a web page?

I am new to web development. Firefox's web developer tool bar is very helpful. Is there a feature on it or maybe a Firefox add on that would let me know how long it takes Firefox to download a web page? I do not want to load my web pages with large jpgs or other files that drastically slow a visitor's download.

You can see that in the Firefox > Web Developer > Web Console if you click the Net button and check-mark the appropriate boxes.
