Everytime I start Firefox or when I open a new window, an "Error Console" box pops up. Ive tried looking for the setting to disable this, but I cant find anyplace where I can disable it...

This is typically caused by an add-on. Some add-ons such as the web developer add-on have a preference to open the error console. If you have that one check its preferences

Some mouse gesture add-ons have been reported as causing this. For details of how to troubleshoot this to identify what add-on is causing it see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes
