Upgraded from FF 3.6 to 4 few days ago - many organized bookmarks were all jumbled in 4, and many appeared lost (dozens) including folders not there. I rolled back to 3.6

Upgraded from 3.6 to 4 a few days ago. Started version 4. All bookmarks were jumbled up - with many folders missing. Also, there was complete disorder in the bookmarks - with folders that I had at the top missing

This can be caused by a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

thanks for the info - but the bookmarks and organization are fine in 3.6 when I revert to that from 4. I'm wondering how long we can continue to use 3.6, or will it be maintained indef? I understand no security updates at some point.
