What version is for mac os 10.3.9? And where can I download it? I had Firefox, then I erased my entire laptop and reloaded it from scratch. Now I am having problems installing any version of Firefox.

No recent version of Firefox runs on MacOSX 10.3.x. There are old insecure versions such as Firefox 2, but that's not a good idea. Maybe there is another up-to-date browser that will work?

Firefox 2.0.0.20 is the last ever release for Mac OSX 10.3.9 and earlier versions.
No longer supported by Mozilla.
