During the time I'm using Firefox, if I close it and reopen it a couple of times, then it will quit opening and I have to reboot. Internet Explorer doesn't do this.

I would like a personal reply.

There's a number of things that could be causing that to happen.

It doesn't "hang." It won't open after several times of opening.

Did you read the first paragraph under "Hang at exit"?
Do you see the message box indicated in that paragraph when trying to restart Firefox?

Yes, I read that paragraoph and yes I've disabled all possible extensions. I do not have any of the listed internet software installed. It just appears to me that there is a glitch in the basic Firefox software. Internet Explorer doesn't give me the same problem.
