In options, if I check the box "Open pop-ups in a new tab" nothing happens when I click the link. If I uncheck the box, clicking the link takes me to a new Firefox window directly to the page. If I click the same link in Chrome or IE9 I get a jscript window that asks me a question before taking me to the page.

Chosen solution

When i click on Save as Favorites, it asks me to Sign-in or Register. If this is the pop-up you are talking about then its working fine for me even if i use Firefox Pop-up Blocker or not.

Make sure you are not using any Pop-up Blocking or AdBlocking add-on or Antivirus' extensions.
