Since the update on Firefox 6.0, all web pages with Flash content dont work anymore. Firefox freezes and I have to shut it down with the Task Manager. There always remain a plugin-container process opened, which I cant even terminate in the Taks Manager. Pls dont release updates if they are no stable or not enough tested. I would like to stick to one broweser, but if FF continues to have such problems I am gonna switch to Opera.

Flash player works ok for me on an XP with Firefox 6, and other Firefox versions. Possibly it is something on your computer interfering with the use of Flashplayer, or maybe even a malware problem. Maybe the hardware acceleration settings of Firefox or FlashPlayer are a problem, or what about the Bit Torrent accelerator I see mentioned in your system details.

It would certainly be worth looking for any background tasks or downloads your computer is doing when you see problems.
