If you have both the Tab Mix Plus and Greasemonkey extensions then you should update them as the previous version of them conflicted with each other with this.

This issue can be caused by the Ask.com toolbar (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions)

Your system details show that toolbar in the user agent as AskTbOVO2/3.13.1.18107

That was the problem. I uninstalled the Ask add on and now the button works. Thank you sooooo much!
