I get this pop up screen continuously on my screen. Ever since I switched to Firefox, I was using Safari. The only other Apps open are my Mac Mail and Finder.

Looks like a script on the Facebook page.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
