I am not able to click onto anything on the top of any web page I open

Every web page I open, the top part of the webpage does not respond to the cursor. I am unable to click onto anything or type in for example when I use google search, I am unable to type into the search bar. Plus I am unable to sign out of certain webpages, when the sign out is at the top of the webpage

I had same issue, I uninstalled yahoo toolbar and it fixed issue, hope it works for you

Thanks barry & cor-el. The moment I disabled the yahoo extension, everything was back to normal.
