when trying to update to the latest version of Firefox. I installed and was to the point where I drag the FF icon into my applications folder. Then a window pops up that says I already have an older version that already exists, would I like to update to newer version. I select Ok. Then another window says " update cannot be completed because I don't have sufficient privileges to update....

please advise.

Hi!

Make sure that you are logged in as Administrator.

You can check that by going to System Preferences -> Users and Groups

If you don't have an Admin account, ask the owner to update Firefox for you.

Best, Ibai
