I used to be able to use MSN Messenger right from my inbox just fine until firefox upgraded to 13.0 I don't why but now it won't load. It works just fine on Internet Explorer but not on firefox after I upgraded and I don't want to use internet Explorer so if anyone can help I'd very much appreciate it, any help is welcome. Thank you.

There is a bug with MSN Messenger caused by the usage of globalStorage that is longer supported in Firefox 13+. Hotmail support has been notified about this and is working on a fix.
