I used to have the coupon printer on my computer and it worked fine. Now every time I try to print a coupon a page comes up that I need to install the coupon printer. I downloaded the software and then clicked on install. It appeared to install and said to close and the coupon would print. It did not. I looked on programs and the coupon printer was listed, but everytime I try to print a coupon, the same page shows that I need to download and install it. Why won't it work?

First, after installing a new plugin, you might need to exit and restart Firefox in order for it to find the plugin.

Second, could you check the Firefox plugins page to make sure it isn't disabled?

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Plugins category

The disabled plugins cluster toward the bottom of the page on a gray background.

If the plugin is missing completely from the list, could you try the steps in this article: Windows Media or other plugins stopped working after Firefox update.

Any luck?
