How do I delete messages in my thunderbird inbox?
New to Thunderbird. I have 200+ messages in my inbox and can find no delete icon anywhere for individual messages. Where is it?
Chosen solution
You can add a Delete button to the Mail tool bar by right clicking it and selecting Customize. Find the Delete button in the window that opens and drag it to the tool bar. You can also turn on the Message Pane by pressing F8 and use the Delete button on the Message Pane header.

HI
There is no delete icon. You just have to select the mail you want to delete and press delete key on your keyboard.
When you delete a mail it is moved to the thrash folder. Right click on the thrash folder and click on empty thrash.
