Can you give me your troubleshooting information by navigating to about:support then clicking copy raw data to clipboard then pasting it here?

I've figured out it's a form of malware that takes me to flashplayerpro, which looks like Adobe if you're not looking at it carefully. The problem now is how to get rid of it. I've looked in my program manager and can't find anything that I don't recognize. I have Malwarebytes (free anti-malware) but its not finding anything. Are there other ways to remove it?

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

I've tried the Microsoft Security Scanner, The MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware, and I've got avg free installed. I just uploaded 2 images of exactly what I have. I can still access the internet, and all my programs are working okay. But Facebook and Youtube are not accessible the pictures below is what I get some of the time. Sometimes it gives me a message saying my connection has timed out. thank you for your assistance.

Have you tried the following listed below? You need to try each one of them as they will detect different types of malware that others cannot.
