Why can't I get an answer???

In laymans terms how to recover data from an old profile data folder: Reference: [[Recovering important data from an old profile]] # Create a new profile # Find the new profile folder [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data#w_finding-your-profile-without-opening-firefox] or [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/open-profile-folder/ add on for opening profile folder] # Replace all the files from the old folder to this new profile folder Please take note, resting Firefox also does this for you automatically.
