On startup, access is denied to APISupport.dll
When I start Thunderbird after a reboot, I get a dialog box with the message: "There was a problem starting. ... APISupport.dll. Access is denied". Once Thunderbird starts, everything seems to work fine despite the error message. I'm running Thunderbird 24.6.0 on Win 8.1.

No evidence of Conduit Search on my system...
