How can I fix that we can only see the icon and the name not only when you put your mouse over it to me, then show name?

I'm not sure if I understand your question?
Do you currently see the favicon and the name and do you want to change that to only see the name on hover or do you want to hide the name permanently (i.e. also on hover)?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

- First show the hidden files and folders:
- Go to your profile folder:
- Close completely Firefox.
- Delete or rename the localstore.rdf file.
- Restart Firefox.
