Firefox only printing half a page

Firefox only prints half a page. Not an issue in Chrome or IE. I hate to have to change browser just because of this! I am used to Firefox. Where can I get support? Is there a 1-800 number or email Help Desk? Thanks

Is the problem that half the content is missing from the page, or that Firefox is scaling the printout so that it only uses part of the sheet?

The general steps for print troubleshooting are listed in this article, in case you haven't already seen it: Fix printing problems in Firefox.

Please note that Firefox cannot correctly paginate some sites due to the style rules they are using. If you have a specific page in mind, a volunteer could take a stab at it and see whether it is one of those cases. If so, one workaround is to use a PDF converter and then print the PDF. This one often works: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/print-pages-to-pdf/ (creates the PDF locally on your computer, not on an external website).

Hi- Thanks for trying to help! I am not sure how to answer your question. When it prints it only prints half the page...not sure how else to explain it. But I can just use IE or Chrome as they do not have this issue. But thanks anyway!

What I meant was, sometimes Firefox gets the paper size wrong and squeezes the entire web page into a quarter of the sheet of paper. But it sounds like you are not having that problem. I think you're saying that Firefox seems to be printing normally but then cuts off and the rest of the content is missing from the sheet of paper.

(Or for testing, you could use a PDF printer driver to save on trees.)
