I have gone through most of those pages and did everything that applies to me, I have disabled hardware acceleration, disabled web.gl, etc. My entire system seems to freeze and stutter when just loading the homepage of Youtube, I am not even at the point of trying to play a video as I can't get past the home page.

It is a problem in libvdpau_nvidia.so.319.72 as you can see in the crash report. I don't know if you can disable this NVidia component.
