How do I resolve a mail merge "Illegal Input" error?
When doing a mail merge I am getting an "Illegal Input" error message. My merge data is in a CSV file. The variable names match exactly what is in the message.

Please post images that show the following:
- the Email Template used.
- the 'Mail Merge' window
- Section of .csv file showing column header names and one row of typical content for those headers.
What is the entire error message?
