I compared Google Chrome: in Chrome, when I mouse over the player, a couple of buttons float over the right side, Share and CC, but I don't see those in Firefox. Could this be related to the recent Flash update to version 18? I haven't heard of this problem before, so I'm just speculating. If this is a version 18 issue and CC is a critical feature for you, it might be worth trying the "Extended Support" release of Flash, which is version 13 with security fixes. It is available on this page: https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html (about 60% of the way down) That probably won't install without first removing the version of Flash you have, so since there is some effort involved, you might wait for further comments before trying it.
