When someone responds, an email is sent to you. It will have a 'Post a Reply' blue button below the comment which you can click on to take you directly to the question.
Alternatively, you can always see the list of questions in your profile. There are a couple of ways to get to this. Either bookmark this link: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/paulchaudury
or in any question you have created or responded, your name will appear to the left of the comment, click on your name to see profile questions.
