The instructions to do an update to the newest version of Firefox say to click on the MENU button and then the HELP button. Well, there is NO Help button when I click on the MENU. So, how am I going to be able to do the update I need to, since your page says I'm using an old version.

Hi

This should be fairly easy to sort out. In Firefox;

  1. Press Alt
  2. Along the top of Firefox you should see a Help menu.
  3. In that menu, choose About Firefox

The box that pops up will check to see if you are on the most recent version, and give you the option to update if not.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

On the browser- the next line below where your website tabs are located (ie. the address/search engine line), all the way to the right side of the browser you will see 3 horizontal lines, one above the other. Click on it. On the drop down box, there will be a ? inside of a circle at the bottom of the drop down page. Click on the ? and you will see a list of Help options.

On the Menu bar at the top left hand corner of the browser, the "Help" button was there. But, when I clicked on it nothing happened. Right click on an empty space. Click on "Customize". On the right side of listed options, I moved the Options icon to the bottom of the list. I closed the page. I then click on "Help", and the drop down list is now back and active. It's worth a try.
