How to fix the error "playlist could not be loaded no playable source found"
I'm trying to stream a radio and video channel but I get the error message "playlist could not be loaded no playable source found". I cleaned the browser's cache but the problem is still persisting . when right clicking in the window where the error is posted, I can see About JW player 6.12.4956... Settings Global settings About Adobe flash Player 19.0.0.0.245
Thank for giving me a not too technical answer.

¡Hola!
You might want to contact support for the site and ask them to upgrade their JW Player to 7.2.1, please see http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2037989-migration-from-jw6-to-jw7 and http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1403726-jw-player-7-release-notes
Could you please let us know the exact site that's giving you trouble?
¡Gracias!
Thank you very much for your help but I'm pretty sure that the problem is with one of Firefox's add-ons or plug-ins. In fact, after I refreshed Firefox, I immediately had the problem with streaming the videos in this website ( http://www.qatarbroadcast.qa/ ). I cleared the browser's cache but the problem persisted.
Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Thank you cor-el. I followed your directions but the problem is persisting!
If you use extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
Still the same problem, unfortunately . i switched to safe mode and checked the extensions (the only extension that I have is Norton toolbar (which is already disabled by Firefox because "it's not compatible with Firefox 42.0"). similarly for appearance,, I'm using the default theme. I checked the site after that but the problem was not solved.
