I continue to get a message saying that I need to install a Windows Update. I saw a message saying that the update was blocked by FireFox. Am using Windows 7 Ultimate, Service Pack 1 Error Code is 80070643, and information is KB3035583 What can I do. Thank you, Charles Topping

What's the whole text of the error message saying the update was blocked by Firefox, please?
Firefox could not block a Windows update. Such updates are done thru Windows updating programs only.
