why do you ask me to fill out a satisfaction survey before I've used your site?

I'm only asking this question in order to help:

I had NEVER visited the support site before and I was presented with a survey regarding my satisfaction with the site. I closed the popup with the request because I'd NEVER VISITED BEFORE; how would I have an opinion to share?

Since then, I have not been able to get the request to fill out this survey. However, I do have an opinion: this is a very good site and addressed my issue directly and showed me privacy features I was unaware of but DELIGHTED to discover. Thank you.

Also, it is my opinion that y'all ought not ask people who don't have a history of visiting your site what their opinion is. False data is worse than no data.
