At the top where your Username appears, click on Edit Profile and add a "Display name" to "Edit my profile", Then switch to having your "Display name" appear.

Note that you can only change the display name yourself. You will have to contact a SUMO administrator ot change the user name as well.

You can post a "Want to change my user name" request in the contributors forum if you want to change the username or email address.
