Try to solve a Bookmarks problem and the Mozilla support pages go round and round and round and round. None of the solutions ever seem to work and you get bounced back to going round and round round and round round and round round and round round and round round and round round and round round and round round and round round and round.

On the verge of deleting Firefox.

Not asking for help - just wanted at least ONE LIVE BODY at Mozilla to see this, but I don't think that will happen.

hi & sorry, but if you want to have a chance that your issue gets solved, in a first step you'd actually have to describe what's going wrong...

Nope ! I've wasted too much time and am starting feel foolish for even trying to use support pages. I just wanted to make sure someone from that slack-jaw organization, Mozilla, saw my beef.

I just need to get to the consumer sites to make clear to current and potential users of FireFox what they are facing if they ever have a problem.

Will not be back to check any responses.

ok, if you are not looking for help - i'm closing the topic then! this is a users-helping-users forum though, so i'm not sure if your grief has reached the intended target audience...
