This advice is for your desktop: Refresh should have moved your entire old Firefox settings (profile) folder to the desktop, inside an Old Firefox Data folder. In your old profile folder you should find a folder named '''bookmarkbackups''' and inside there should be several files with dates embedded in them so you can confirm how recent they are. They also will have the number of items (folders + bookmarks) mentioned in the file name so you can see if any are unexpectedly small.
