How can I import email from Windows to Mac?
I have all of the Windows email folders from Thunderbird now on my Mac. I have Thunderbird installed & running on the Mac. How do I import the emails & folders into Thunderbird email on the Mac?

In the first place I'd have tried moving the Windows profile over to the Mac. You would need to make some adjustments to allow for different folder names and drive names.
Given that you have gone past this point, I think now I'd use the ImportExportTools add-on to import individual folders.
Note that you won't be allowed to import directly into an IMAP-connected account's folders. If your accounts use IMAP, import directly into your Local Folders account and move the messages afterwards.
