Hi all,

I am a long time Mozilla Firefox user. Today I hit the button to close and Mozilla by accident. I had many tabs open and was editing images and converting them online. The problem is that when I reopened Mozilla, I could not find anything from this month in my history. I did not set it to clear history automatically, I didn't clear the history since I hit the button to close and did not clear my history before closing it. All my history data is non-existent. Today is 11/28/2019 and I can only see the history from August and the months before it. I can't seem to find a way to recover my history and apparently there is no contact support to report this... frustrating!

If you lost personal data then it is possible that a new default-release profile folder has been created. See "Determine if Firefox has created a new profile":

You can open the about:profiles page via the location bar to check whether multiple profiles are present and what profile Firefox currently is using.
