Finding screenshot tool
I'm running Firefox 77.0.1 (64-bit) ["About Firefox" says it's up to date] on a MacBook Air under Catalina (System Version: macOS 10.15.4 (19E287). and trying to use the Screenshots tool. The Firefox Screenshots help page says
"To use Firefox Screenshots, click on the Page actions menu in the address bar and select Take a Screenshot from the drop-down."
There isn't any "Page actions" menu: not in the address bar itself, not in the dropdown menu for Firefox, File, View, History (of course), Bookmarks (ditto), Tools, Window, or Help. So how do I access the Screenshots tool?

Hi markamandel, in your address bar, usually there is a lock icon, then the page URL, then some empty space, then the Page Actions menu button, which looks like 3 bullets in a row: ••• and then any page action buttons that are shown individually, such as the bookmark star. Do you have any of those things to the right side of the URL?
These various controls are not visible while the URL is being edited, so if you think that might be the case, try pressing the Esc key to cancel the edit and redisplay the current page address.
By the way, as a workaround, you can view or update the keyboard shortcut for Take a Screenshot over on the Add-ons page. This article has more info: Manage extension shortcuts in Firefox.

Hello,
You can use the Firefox Screenshots feature to take, download and share screenshots with just a click of a button. To use Firefox Screenshots, click on the Page actions menu in the address bar and select screenshots menu icon Take a Screenshot from the drop-down menu.

Same problem here. Up till a few hours ago, I had the dot-dot-dot. No more. and the workarounds do nothing.
Oddly, Microsoft Edge's tool in this regard stopped working on me a day or so ago as well.
Do you have a web page open in this tab as it will be hidden by default ?
Did you try to reboot the computer ?
Try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if that works.
- Windows: hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox
- Mac: hold down the Options key while starting Firefox
