thunderbird isn't downloading new emails
Computer is connected to wifi, but when I open Thunderbird I don't get my new emails. I tried refreshing which brought up this error message attached. I tried to reset the password, but got no result. Does anyone have any suggestions or another way to log in to the email? Thank you for any advice. I appreciate it.

Have you ever been able to retrieve emails using this account? If not, then it sounds like you might have the wrong server settings for Comcast.
