Mozilla does not have the resources to provide the amount of call centres that would be required to do one on one support by chat, phone or email. Would it be just for desktop Firefox (Windows, macOS, Linux), and mobile versions for Android and iOS (iPhone/iPad). As people would want one on one support for their other products also.

It is generally the paid for applications that may have one or more one on one support option(s) because you well paid for it.

No company that has web browsers provide free one on one support for free to download and use web browsers.
