Webpage Background and letter change
How do I change the background for all webpages to black with letters displayed as white. I have a vision problem which inhibits my ability to view letters on a white background.

You should be able to do that for some websites with Settings > General > Language & Appearance > Web site appearance. For others I suggest an extension called Dark Reader.
