I need more information what is going on at this moment. The situation as you describe we have the submaps yes oke they are missing at one of you r email addresses that you use in thunderbird.

The submaps do appear on the desktop or in your other email address.oké. But what is here really the issue , the sub maps are intact in your other email adres?oke. The maps on your desktop that cannot be entered can be erased. Before that you can copy the submaps from your other account. It locks the complete situation here.

Go find out what can be refreshed . The Thunderbird software. Your Os Windows.

Are these submaps going to show up like there they are ? No I don’t think so.

Put them in a new fresh map. And name them. If that s possible. Delete the desktop version maps.
