Change Primary Email Without Access to Original Email Account
I need to change my primary email address to my firefox account as I no longer have access to that email.

To change the Primary login requires the user to have access to their Primary Login email to reset or change the login email. So one needs to create new account and use that as that account email is now a Lost account.
