Hi Jhona, unfortunately we don't have the power to recover Google accounts but maybe we can find you a better contact form to reach them at. Google is very strict about what it needs to know before letting you recover a account. Even I have lost a Google account and tried every single way I knew how to recover it. Sometimes you lose a Google account no matter what you do. I'm really sorry about that since you could have photos & many other important things in there. I think the best method is to attach a secondary email to Google for recovery. I hope they still allow that. Then you can send a password reset there.
