First of all, please update again (menu Help -> Check for Updates...) as you seem to be a minor version behind - current version is 3.6.3. This might fix the problem, even thou it is a bit unlikely to be honest.

Could you please provide a few examples of pages (radios and/or payment sites) that has this problem? This might help us narrow down where the problem lies.

These following suggestions are guesses, but I'll give it my best shot:

  • It could be a problem with SSL connections - that is, sites whose addresses starts with 'https://', which is the standard for payment sites. We have the following article that might help solve this issue: Enable SSL to fix the Firefox cannot connect securely error message.
  • For radio streams, these may (be trying to) use the Windows Media Player for playback, and you don't seem to have the plugin required for this to work. Help can be found in this article: Play Windows Media files in Firefox with the Windows Media plugin.
  • An external - most likely security-related - program could be interfering with Firefox' operation and block certain types of connections. If you could tell us which programs you use for anti-virus and firewall, we might be able to point you to information on how to fix this. Some malware programs could also be interfering with Firefox operation, so please scan your system with your antivirus and/or antimalware programs to rule out this possibility - rather safe than sorry! :-)
  • The problem could be an extension interfering with normal operation - start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode and test the sites again. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, this is not the issue and we'll have to try something else. If the sites suddenly work as expected, turn on your extensions again one by one, and for each, test again - this way the guilty extension can be found, and you can tell us which one caused it so we can take steps to fix the problem and help other users with similar problems.

Please let us know how above works out, and if we can be of further assistance. Detailed feedback is appreciated and helps us to help more users with similar problems.
