I tried to open Add ons from the Tools tab on the main menu. I end up with a script error which appears repeatedly no matter whether I "continue" or "stop script" button. When I click error console I end up with numerous lines of errors and warnings. Should I uninstall and re-install to fix this problem?

This issue is caused by an incompatibility of Personas Plus 1.6 with the Google Toolbar.

Thanks for the response. The response you provided appears to only indicate what the cause is. It doesn't help me fix it. I ended up having to uninstall it, except I had to remove all my personal details stuff too, because having tried to re-install with my preferences on the system just continued the problem. It was a bummer because I lost all my bookmarks. In fact I'm noticing Mozilla is becoming dysfunctional on all my computers and it's annoying when it crashes as only task manager can close it down. All these problems appeared out of no where in the last few weeks. Anyway I've had enough. I'm too busy to try and make sense of all the stuff on the help pages. I'm uninstalling for good this time. Asta la vista. I've given up on it and bid Mozilla farewell.
