How do I download Firefox 4 which is a binary file please
I am repeatedly getting 'pop-ups' advising me to download Firefox 4. When I try to do so I am asked if I want to save the file as it is a Binary file . What do I need to do next in order to be able to download Fire fox 4 please !!

Go to Help | Check For Updates and then update it that way.
After you update, go to Adobe and download the latest version of Flash from: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
The version you're running at the moment is a security risk. See http://www.adobe.com/support/security/advisories/apsa11-02.html
