Firefox is crashing every time I try to view the add-ons menu. I am running Windows 7 and have the latest verison of Firefox, and I've even re-installed the application, but the issue still occurs. Any idea what is causing this and how to fix?

The only way I can actually view the add-ons menu is to restart Firefox in safe mode with all the add-ons/extensions disabled. I've tried disabling one add-on at a time to see if any of these are the culprit causing the crash, but so far I've not been able to pinpoint any add-on that might be causing this.

Here's a screen shot when the crash occurs.

For starters lets try this .. Close FF, locate your profile main directory and the file "localstore.rdf", make a backup copy then delete the original file. Restart FF, you may lose some custom settings but easy to restore. Does it still crash?

Thanks, dad7732. Unfortunately, the crashes still occur when I access the Add-Ons menu even after I followed the steps you outline.
