i am trying to add favorites icon to the tool bar. Can this be done?

I would like to add my favorites list to the tool bar without having to click on bookmarks and then internet explorer. can this be done.

If I'm correct, press Ctrl+Shif+B and then drag-n-drop to the Bookmarks toolbar.
