When closing and re-opening Firefox 9.0.1 my tabs are not retained.
I have checked options & they are set to open using my windows & tabs from before.

Hi,
You may have to make sure that Always use private browsing mode is not enabled in Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Privacy. Also in Settings... on the same tab, Browsing History should not be enabled.
